On September 5, Times Higher Education announced the world university rankings 2018, which give ranks to 1,000 top universities selected from 20,000 universities in the world. The University of Aizu is ranked 601~800, which means UoA is one of top 4% universities in the world!!
Totally 71 Japanese universities were ranked. The University of Aizu are tied to 13th among the Japanese universities. This is the first time for us to appear in world university rankings.
