Welcome to D. SUZUKI LABORATORY!
The research theme of our laboratory is solving various issues in current nanometer-scaled LSIs by utilizing new circuit technologies in which MOS transistors and nonvolatile devices are combined. We are also exploring the applications of nonvolatile logic LSIs such as edge-AI hardware, and CAD flow for nonvolatile logic LSIs.
